1.How do I order on tiffanyjewellery.ca?
Ordering on tiffanyjewellery.ca is easy and safe. If you would like to purchase the piece, just click on "add to cart". You will be directed to the shopping cart page which is a summary of the items you would like to purchase. From this page you can change quantities or delete items. From here, click on continue shopping to return to the page you were on, or just navigate to another product from the categories. Once you are finished shopping, click on “Check Out” to proceed to the credit card processing page. Here you will enter your billing & shipping information.

2. What methods of payment do you accept?
There are currently two ways to pay. Customers can finish online payment with credit card or debit card. If customers don’t have credit cards available, or need to buy large sums of goods, we strongly recommend PayPal payment or Western Union Money Transfer.
1. Online payment with credit card or debit card. This is the most frequent payment method. It is fast and efficient. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Maestro, American Express and so on.
2. Western Union Money Transfer. We can accept payment by West Union when you want to order large sums of jewelry (usually 500 USD above).

3.Do you ship your jewelry worldwide?
Yes, we will ship our jewelry worldwide by National Express Mail, and it usually takes 5-7 days for delivery
4.How long will it take for my order to be processed and delivered?
Once you have submitted the order, it will normally take 1-2 working days for us to process the order and please allow 5-7 working days for delivery via Express Mail.Currently, we can not offer overnight shipping.
5.How much postage will be charged for each order and how can I track my parcel online?
No matter how many items you purchase per transaction, we only charge 10.99 CAD for shipping. The tracking number and link would be sent by email once your order has been shipped. You can track your parcel status online with the tracking information we sent to you.
6. What kind of currency do you accept?
At present, we accept CA Dollars. If you are ordering from another country, your credit card statement will reflect the converted amount based on your bank's exchange rate on that day..
7. Are these Tiffany & Co jewelry authentic?

8. Is the jewelry coming with the original packs?
Yes. Your order will come with the original gift packing including a blue box, pouch, silver care card and gift bag.
9.Can I get after-sale service in my local tiffany& co store?
Sorry. All our jewelry will not be covered by brand stores warranty, that's why we can sell at such discounted prices. However the items can be cared by your local jeweler at a very low cost.
10. How can I make returns or exchanges?

11. Things are usually cheaper if they are bought in bulk?
Sure! It will be cheaper if you do a bulk shopping.
12. What should I do if the items were damaged upon receipt?
You need to inform us by sending an email to service@tiffanyjewellery.ca immediately upon receipt of shipment. We will require a picture of the damaged item to be reviewed before we send out a new replacement or issue a refund.
13. How should I store my silver jewelry?
Silver should be kept absolutely dry. If your silver is used frequently, keep it away from excessive exposure to air and store it in a tarnish-proof cloth such as the flannel pouch provided with your silver or a silver storage box. Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area, whether it is a closed box or a flannel roll. Avoid contact with rubber bands or other rubber products. The sulfur in rubber will cause tarnishing and corrosion.
